The Opportunity Escalator
The Opportunity Escalator is a tool built by the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and Treehouse Consultancy. It was used by the RSA-led East Midlands Inclusive Growth Commission to help the Mayor of the East Midlands and the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) understand opportunities for inclusive growth in the region.
